Special Projects Library of Congress, Washington, DC § Design and fabricate large audio console for the hearing impaired lab. Arlington International Racecourse, Arlington Heights, IL § Design and fabricate trophy case for the Arlington Million trophy, as well as other trophy cases and specialty cabinetry. Hill ‘n Dale Farm, Barrington IL. § Converted a barn into a “showroom” for thoroughbred horses. The project involved 35,000 sq ft of custom finished wood paneling. The projects biggest challenge was the fact that it took place in an unheated barn, on a dirt floor, in the middle of winter. Kohler Design Center, Kohler, WI. § We were selected to fabricate a display bathroom designed by interior designer Donald Beemer. Truefitt & Hill Barbershop, Bloomingdales’ Building, Chicago, IL § Truefitt & Hill is the official barber of the king of England. They opened one franchise in the US. The casework is converted from of a 100+ year old English apothecary into the fittings for this shop. University of Illinois at Chicago § Design and fabrication of specialty therapy equipment, including specialty chairs, for use by physically challenged children. |
